A young man strapped a GoPro to his goldendoodle to see what the animal would do while he was gone all day. Here’s what happened:
The clip above, which was edited from a day’s worth of footage, shows the dog frantically running around and eventually collapsing onto his owner’s bed while howling with sadness. After seeing the footage, his owner Mike vowed that he was “never leaving him again.”
“I’ve had him for six years and today is the first day I have heard him howl,” he said, adding that after watching the clip again with his dog, they both “held each other and cried.”
We hope the dog gets a little friend soon so he doesn’t have to be alone. But judging by Mike’s reaction, it doesn’t look like he is going to let him suffer in silence again anytime soon.
