A School In Sweden Was Vandalized With Hateful Graffiti. But What Happened Next Was Amazing.

A Jewish school in Sweden was spray-painted with swastikas. But what could have been a moment that showed some of the most negative aspects of human behavior was transformed into something uplifting.

Young members of Sweden’s Liberal Party organized a “Love Bombing”, where hateful graffiti was covered up with hearts and encouraging messages.

“We wanted the pupils at the school to be greeted by love in the morning instead of all the hate they saw on Monday,” said Bawar Ismail, a member of the group.

This has been a recent problem in the area, with swastikas having been spray-painted on a Mosque and another Jewish school in Stockholm.

Thankfully, the youngsters got to work quickly and started countering those messages of hate with messages of love.

Messages posted on the school included things like “love overcomes hate” and “love comes in all shapes and colors.”

Photos of the “love bombing” were shared on social media with the hashtag “1000xFler” meaning “1000 times more”.

It’s important to remember that as much hate as there is in the world, there’s 1000 times more love out there to drown it out. It’s up to us to speak up and show that light will always chase out the darkness. Share this and remind the world that there is so much more good than bad!
