A 9-year-old super-athlete has just crushed a Navy SEAL-designed extreme obstacle course created to test the limits of the fittest adults.

The military-standard course included barbed wire, lifting huge weights and struggling through mud.

The only person under 18 to participate, Milla completed the course with her dad, Christian, after months training three hours a day, five times a week.
