This Children’s Hospital Made A Music Video With It’s Patients. And It Made Us Cry.

Prepare for a tidal wave of emotions: the staff and patients of the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) have prepared a lip syncing rendition of Katy Perry’s “Roar” that can bring a tear to the eye of the sternest of souls.

CHaD is a non-profit children’s hospital in New England, USA. On their website they write, “no child is ever turned away for treatment and all kids receive the best possible family-centered care, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.”

If you’re not choking up already, get some tissues in hand, because the clash between the emotional and physical pain these kids have to endure, and the uplifting nature of the song, will have you crying in awe.
