WATCH: Racist New York Lawyer Threatens Spanish-Speaking Workers Of Deportation At Restaurant

A video of a man went viral after he threatened customers and an employee inside a restaurant for speaking Spanish.

Attorney Aaron Schlossberg, a Manhattan lawyer, was captured berating and threatening two women and a restaurant employee because they failed to speak English in his presence at Fresh Kitchen in midtown Manhattan.

“He heard us speak Spanish and started yelling, ‘You motherf—ers!’ ” recounted Oscar Villanueva, a Honduran immigrant and employee of Fresh Kitchen.

“He said we have to speak English,” continued Villanueva. “He started saying a lot of ugly words. We felt really bad, humiliated.”

The incident was caught on video and uploaded to social media by Edward Suazo, the husband of one of the women, Deena Suazo who was ordering at the restaurant with her friend.

In the footage, Schlossberg can be seen threatening the women and the employee with deportation.

“My guess is they’re not documented,” Schlossberg announced loudly about the staff. “So my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country. If they have the balls to come here and live off my money — I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here — the least they can do is speak English.”

“If you intend on running a place in Midtown Manhattan, the staff should be speaking English, not Spanish!”

He then stormed off after the restaurant’s manager asked him to leave.

The video quickly went viral on Facebook with over 4 million views and 66,000 shares. Within 24 hours, the barrister’s identity was revealed and his reputation was trashed.

On his website, it says that he is a registered Republican and a Trump supporter who donated $500 to Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016. His company bio also claims that he is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.

Another incident of his racism surfaced on Twitter when his identity was found out.

After the incident, his law firm, the Law Office of Aaron M. Schlossberg, received an onslaught of hate on Yelp with commenters giving him one-star reviews for being racist. Netizens are also setting up online campaigns to have him disbarred. Another online petition is calling for discipline from the state bar association.

Schlossberg could not be reached for comment regarding the incident.
