Eminem has been known for his provocative music for many years, but it appears he’s also surprising his friends, based on remarks from 50 Cent.
Eminem is not one to hold back in his music, and he has frequently courted controversy.
It appears that the real Slim Shady is equally candid in his communications with friends, according to 50 Cent.
The two have maintained a strong friendship, with 50 Cent frequently acknowledging Eminem and Dr. Dre for their pivotal roles in his career advancement.
Despite their celebrity status, Eminem seems to be relatable. He often sends peculiar and out-of-context messages, seemingly for amusement.
The notion of high-profile celebrities exchanging silly messages is quite endearing, isn’t it?
In a video shared by Thisis50 on YouTube, 50 Cent mentioned, “To this day, you know what’s ill about Em, he hits me randomly.”
He continued, “He texted me and he was like, ‘When you gone fly me a private so I can land on that d*ck?’ What the f*ck is wrong with you?”
Unfamiliar with the context, the text referenced 50 Cent’s line in Pop Smoke’s song “The Woo,” quoting a partner’s message to him.
That’s certainly unexpected!
50 Cent went on to explain how Eminem’s spontaneous messages often brighten his day.
He remarked, “But he’ll stop doing what he’s doing to do that. That sh*t makes my day on a whole other level.
“Cause I’m like, that was random. I’m always gonna have love for him. That’s my guy.”
Eminem has previously expressed his appreciation for 50 Cent’s friendship, aside from sending humorous messages.
During a concert in his hometown of Detroit, Eminem referred to 50 Cent as ‘one of the best friends I’ve ever known.’
Addressing the audience, Eminem said, “Detroit, make some noise for one of the best friends I’ve ever known: 50 Cent. And also, make some noise for hip-hop’s 50th birthday, y’all.”
It’s evident that 50 Cent shares the sentiment.
In an interview with XXL Magazine, he stated, “So when I’m doing 13 million records on my first album, I have the Marshall Mathers LP to look at that’s doing 23 million records.
“Em, I put him next to my grandmother, and I’ma tell you why. He was always a place where I could go and just talk to him, and know that he has my best interest at heart.”
