A dominatrix has opened up about a particular boundary she maintains with those who seek her services.
Sherry Lever, 70, once worked as a qualified hairdresser and also tried her hand at modeling, but eventually transitioned into phone sex.
In a conversation with LADbible, Sherry recounted how she approached her children to discuss their thoughts on her new line of work.
“They’ve always been really, really supportive,” she said. “Well, my youngest son did say, ‘Mom I’ve only got to say the word sex and you go bright red,’ which was true at the time.”
Sherry promised to overcome her initial shyness — and she certainly has.
After realizing that many callers enjoyed being dominated, she consulted her daughter, who suggested she become a dominatrix herself, since her earnings from phone sex were modest. She has now been in the profession for nearly 15 years.
Sherry now operates fully as a dominatrix, but she prefers not to refer to those who visit her as clients, labeling them instead as ‘sissies, subs, or slaves’.
“I don’t like the word client,” she explained. “They’re sissies, subs, or slaves. A lot of doms do call them clients, but I’ve just got this thing that it means that I’m giving them a service.”
She continued: “It’s too close to sexual, even though if you go into a hairdressers you’re a client, but, I don’t know. With what I do, I’m just very aware that I want people to understand that this is not a sexual thing.”
When it comes to those who visit her, Sherry states there isn’t a specific ‘type’.
“It could be a bin man, a high court judge, I’ve got them all,” she noted. “No females though.”
The absence of female submissives is due to her belief in female superiority. Sherry added: “I don’t want another female on their knees in front of me. Why would I want to do that? Why would I want to punish a sister? It just makes me very uncomfortable.”
She acknowledges that there are female submissives, but she personally chooses not to work with them for this reason.
As for the requests she receives from men, those identifying as sissies often “like to be put to work.” Additionally, Sherry encounters “a lot of foot worshippers” and has a “foot slave” who visits her monthly.
