Jeremy Renner in ‘Critical but Stable Condition’ Following ‘Weather Related Accident Plowing Snow’

Jeremy Renner, 51, was airlifted to hospital on Sunday following a weather-related accident involving a snow plow at his Lake Tahoe mansion.

The circumstances of the accident remain unknown, however, police have stated that he is currently in critical but stable condition. The area is currently experiencing a winter storm, leaving 35,000 people without power due to heavy snowfall and strong winds.

Renner and his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco have a nine-year-old daughter named Ava.

It’s unknown who was in the house with him at the time.

‘We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather related accident while plowing snow earlier today.

‘His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care,’ a spokesman said in a statement.

‘Upon arrival, officers collaborated with Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District and REMSA Health to arrange for medical transfer of Jeremy Renner by care flight to a local area hospital,’ said Washoe County Sheriff’s Office public information officer Kristin Vietti.

Renner tweeted in December about the massive quantity of snowfall at his US property, adding, ‘Lake Tahoe snowstorm is no joke.’

His house is located in a remote mountain location, and he has published countless social media images depicting snow encasing his automobiles and even reaching his first-floor windows.

Fans have shown their support for the two-time Oscar nominee, best known for his roles as Avenger Hawkeye in the Marvel world, Aaron Cross in The Bourne Legacy, and William Brandt in the Mission Impossible films.

For numerous years, the actor has had a property above Lake Tahoe in the Sierra Nevada mountains at Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe in Washoe County.

It came as hundreds of people were killed in the United States due to blizzard conditions.

The Arctic blow brought severe winds and snow, keeping some inhabitants inside their homes and knocking out electricity to tens of thousands of homes and businesses.

The storm’s size has been practically unparalleled, extending from the Great Lakes near Canada to the Rio Grande at Mexico’s border.

Jeremy Renner, star of the Avengers, has been spending time with his nine-year-old daughter, Ava, whom he shares with his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco. The former couple wed in 2014 and their divorce was finalized the following year.

In 2019, Pacheco’s court documents filed in Los Angeles sparked a media storm when she alleged that Renner had threatened to shoot her and himself, alongside other claims of verbal abuse and drug abuse. However, Renner has denied all of her accusations.
