Lauren Sánchez shares her unique morning routine with Jeff Bezos

Lauren Sánchez has disclosed her morning routine with Amazon founder and her fiancé, Jeff Bezos.

Sánchez discussed their daily activities, shedding light on what they do together in the mornings and mentioning one specific thing they consciously avoid.

With Bezos’ net worth approaching $190 billion, it’s surprising to think that his daily life could resemble that of an average person.

Bezos founded Amazon in 1994, initially operating from a garage and focusing on a virtual bookstore.

By 2005, the platform had expanded to sell a wide array of items, including electronics, videos, and hardware.

Despite initial struggles to turn a profit, Amazon is now valued at over a trillion dollars.

According to Forbes, Bezos boasts a net worth of around $204.3 billion, leading one to wonder how a billionaire spends his mornings.

Even with their hectic schedules, Bezos and Sánchez aim to keep their lives as ‘normal’ as possible.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Sánchez described their mornings, saying: “I make myself a cup of coffee.

“I make Jeff a cup of coffee, and we kind of have this magic moment where it’s just us talking.”

Notably, Bezos refrains from checking his phone right after waking up.

“He definitely made that rule,” she noted.

“It wasn’t me. But the mornings are just us for as long as we can.”

Sánchez also mentioned that they have an agreement where the first person to wake up makes the first cup of coffee.

The couple also exercises together, with Sánchez describing Bezos as a ‘monster in the gym’.

At the end of the day, they ensure to have dinner together every night.

Previously, Sánchez shared with Vogue that their lives are ‘pretty normal’ and largely revolve around their children and their schedules.

“Our lives are pretty normal,” she told Vogue last year. “Daily life mostly revolves around our kids.”

Bezos has four children with his ex-wife MacKenzie Scott, while Sánchez has two kids with her former husband Patrick Whitesell and a son with her ex-partner Tony Gonzalez.

Nikko, Sánchez’s eldest child at 23, remarked that it’s challenging to beat Bezos at chess.

He told Vogue about their blended families: “Everyone really just gets along. There’s no real alliances. It’s kind of boring in that way.”
