A social media user with a keen eye has ignited a discussion by allegedly identifying the wallpaper on former U.S. President Donald Trump’s iPhone.
On November 5, many Americans will head to the polls to vote in the 2024 presidential election.
With Election Day drawing near, candidates such as Donald Trump, 78, and Vice President Kamala Harris, 59, are busy trying to win over voters.
Earlier this month, Harris conversed with Alex Cooper, 30, host of the Call Her Daddy podcast, about women’s rights and empowering the vulnerable.
In the meantime, Trump made an appearance at a McDonald’s, apparently taking on a shift at the fast-food outlet.
The Republican, who is running for the presidency for the third time, claimed his reason for working at McDonald’s was to dispute a claim about the VP having worked there.
In case you missed it, Harris’ campaign released an ad which claimed the California native “worked at McDonald’s while she got her degree” at Howard University, according to Metro.
However, Trump has contended that his opponent is fabricating the story—though without providing evidence—remarking in a video: “I’ve always wanted to work at McDonald’s, I never did. I’m running against somebody that said she did but it turned out to be a totally phoney story.”
Interestingly, this isn’t the only recent jab at Harris by Trump.
This week, the 45th President joined forces with popular YouTube pranksters, the ‘Nelk Boys.’
In a video shared on their Instagram accounts, the pranksters are seen presenting Trump with a blank book, joking it contains ‘Kamala’s greatest achievements’.
A photo of the Nelk Boys with Trump on a plane is circulating on social media, but not for the reason you might think.
The photo shows the group smiling, with an iPhone and a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat on the table in front of them.
A user on X, formerly Twitter, reposted the image, zooming in on what seems to be Trump’s iPhone lock screen.
“Of course. Trump’s cell phone lock screen background image is a picture of himself. Not his wife, not his children, not his grandchildren… himself,” the user noted.
The Daily Mail reports that the image Trump is purportedly using as his iPhone background was taken on July 19, 2019.
The photo was snapped during his departure from the South Lawn of the White House before heading to New Jersey for a dinner at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster.
Social media users have actively debated the supposed iPhone lock screen, with one person stating: “My lock screen is of my dog. Because people suck.”
Another commenter wrote: “I guess you can cry if you think it’ll make you feel better.”
“Haha! Not even the generic lock screens,” someone else noted, while another added: “His favorite person.”
A fifth commenter remarked: “That’s how he hypes himself up lol.”
