James Franco claims he’s ‘transformed’ following the conclusion of his friendship with Seth Rogan and past controversies

James Franco has stated that he has undergone personal growth amid the end of his friendship with Seth Rogen and past controversies.

In 2018, several women, including four of his former students, accused Franco of inappropriate or exploitative sexual behavior.

Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal, both actresses, filed a lawsuit in 2019, alleging that Franco had displayed ‘sexually-charged behavior towards female students’ at his now-closed acting school.

Franco denied the 2018 allegations, calling them ‘not accurate’, but it was reported in 2021 that he agreed to a $2.23 million settlement to resolve the lawsuit.
