This incident occurred outside of Beaver Stadium in State College on Saturday, November 2, where the former Philadelphia Eagles player was approached by a group of individuals who began recording and heckling him.

The situation escalated when someone insulted Travis with a derogatory term. The motivation behind the comment?

Travis is well-known for his relationship with Taylor Swift.

The video, which gained traction on X (formerly Twitter), shows fans surrounding Jason as he attempts to move forward. Amidst the commotion, one individual directed a homophobic slur at Travis.

The heckler shouted: “Hey, Kelce. How does it feel your brother’s a f***** dating Taylor Swift?”

In response, Jason confronted the group, grabbed one of their phones, and smashed it to the ground, leaving bystanders shocked. It remains unclear if the phone belonged to the person who uttered the slur.

The below footage contains offensive language:

Travis and Taylor have been dating since last year, with their families sharing close ties and attending Travis’ games together.

Online, many supported Jason’s actions. One user noted: “Jason Kelce proceeded to slam this kid’s phone on the ground. Looked like a Penn State student was getting in Kelce’s face for no reason. Wild scene in State College.”

Another remarked: “Play stupid games win stupid prizes.”

One more individual commented: “Jason Kelce smashes the phone of some homophobic loser to bits after he decided to talk s**t on his brother and Taylor Swift right in front of him. What an icon.”

Other videos have surfaced, displaying different perspectives of the incident. Jason appeared visibly upset and angry, while the fan seemed shocked by the sudden retaliation.

Additional clips on X revealed a close-up view of Jason destroying the phone on the ground. The phone’s owner, wearing a Penn State hoodie, was seen closely following and filming Jason before the confrontation.

Another video on X captured the aftermath, showing the Penn State fan retrieving his phone from the ground and seemingly addressing Jason, saying: “Give me my phone, bro.”
