‘10/10’ Netflix show takes viewers on an ‘emotional rollercoaster,’ keeping them ‘glued to the screen’ even during work hours

As the holiday season approaches, many are seeking a captivating series to indulge in, and Netflix has just what you need.

This particular series has left some viewers advising that once you start, you won’t be able to pause watching this gripping 20-episode Mexican drama. That’s 20 episodes to keep you entertained from Christmas through to the New Year.

The Mexican Netflix drama centers on two sisters, Perla and Antonia, who are torn apart by love and betrayal. According to the official synopsis, “a woman’s refusal to join her sister’s twisted scheme sparks betrayal and revenge as she tries to reunite with her long-lost daughter.”

Ana Serradilla stars as Perla Guerra and Claudia Álvarez as Antonia Guerra in “Sisters’ Feud,” which explores the intense and disturbing conflict between siblings who were estranged by treachery two decades prior.

The animosity started 20 years before the series’ timeline, when Antonia uncovered that her sister Perla was having an affair with her husband, Bernado. A fierce altercation ensued, leading to a car crash that left Antonia unable to have children, driving her to capture and torment her sister as retribution.

The story takes a darker turn when Antonia compels Bernado to assault Perla, resulting in Perla becoming pregnant with her sister’s husband’s child. Once Perla gives birth, Antonia kidnaps the baby and abandons her, believing the child to be dead.

Over two decades later, Perla learns that her daughter, Jacinta, might still be alive. She sets out on a quest to find her and exact vengeance on Antonia.

The original title of the series is “Las Hermanas Guerra,” as it was created and filmed in Spanish. However, viewers can choose to watch it with English subtitles or with English dubbing.

In the Netflix Bangers Facebook group, one enthusiastic viewer shared: “Ok yall watch this!!!! I’m talking glued to the screen watching it all in the shower in the car and at work! Definitely give this lil series a 10/10. [sic]”

Another viewer commented: “Quite enjoyed this series. Lots of twists and turns and it definitely emotional rollercoaster of ups and downs. It is gripping and intense. The series does wrap up well and questions are all answered and ends with a nice bow to tie it all up.”

“Sisters’ Feud” is now available for streaming on Netflix.
