Couple Suspected of Shooting Teen’s Girlfriend’s Father After He Claimed She Was ‘Too Young’ to Date

A confrontation between two pairs of parents turned into a chaotic scene when one parent was shot, authorities reported.

The parents of a teenage girl arranged a meeting with Luther and Angelica Madison on March 17 to seek assistance in ensuring their son stays away from their daughter, who they deemed too young to date.

This meeting escalated into violence, with allegations that Angelica handed her husband a firearm, which he is accused of using to shoot the other father.

The status of the Madisons’ son remains unclear, but it is believed that both he and the girl are teenagers.

Law enforcement detailed that a ‘verbal and physical altercation ensued on the street, and during the struggle, Angelica Madison handed the gun she had in her possession to Luther Madison.’

The girl’s father was shot in the chest during the incident. His current condition is not known, according to a report by PEOPLE.

The victim’s wife was also reportedly threatened with the firearm but did not incur any injuries, as stated by the police.

The police responded to the aggravated assault call located in the 24400 block of Osprey Point Drive, leading to the arrest of the Madisons.

In a Facebook statement, Constable Mark Herman stated: “Luther Madison II and Angelica Madison were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Luther was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His total bond was set at $100,000.00.

“Angelica Madison was charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her bond was set at $25,000.00 out of the 178th District Court.”

According to Law & Crime, the couple is scheduled to appear in court on May 20.

In a separate incident, Michael and Heather Martin once faced possible imprisonment for pulling harsh pranks on their children for YouTube content.

The Martins ran the DaddyOFive channel, which amassed over 175 million views before YouTube removed it in 2018 following accusations of physical and psychological abuse.

Instead of jail time, the Martins received a five-year probation sentence in 2017 and lost custody of two of their five children at that time.
