Hillary Clinton’s Harsh Reaction to Trump Administration’s War Plans Leak to Journalist

Hillary Clinton has publicly expressed her views on a recent mishap involving the Trump administration’s handling of classified military plans.

This incident came to light when Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, was inadvertently added to a Signal group chat.

The group chat included prominent figures such as National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Vice-President JD Vance, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

During their discussions, the officials talked about military actions in Yemen, which occurred on March 15 and resulted in over 30 casualties, as reported by The Guardian.

While the general public became aware of these military actions post-event, Goldberg had access to the details two hours beforehand.

He was added to the discussion group in the days preceding the operation.

Goldberg’s revealing article was published on March 24, outlining the entire incident and the information he uncovered.

It’s now known that either Waltz or someone from his team mistakenly included him in the private conversation, which has prompted a response from President Trump.

In a phone interview with NBC News, President Trump stated: “Michael Waltz has learned a lesson, and he’s a good man.”

He further commented, “It was one of Michael’s people on the phone,” explaining that a staff member had unintentionally included Goldberg’s number.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton quickly addressed the error, sharing a screenshot of Goldberg’s piece on Twitter with the caption: “You have got to be kidding me.”

Though Trump appears to downplay the incident, Goldberg highlighted the potential risk if a supporter of the Houthis had been added to the group.

He remarked to PBS, “I mean, at least it wasn’t somebody who supported the Houthis, because they were actually handing out information that I believe could have endangered the lives of American service people who were involved in that operation.”

Additionally, had it been someone aligned with the Houthis, they might have alerted the group to the impending American strikes, possibly reducing the effectiveness of what White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt called a ‘highly successful and effective’ operation.
