Netflix audience makes daring forecast after viewing new ‘10/10’ miniseries regarded as ‘top tier’

Netflix has made a significant impression on its audience with a recent release, which many subscribers are describing as ‘top-tier’ and rating it a ’10/10′. This comes after the streaming platform faced criticism due to an earlier postponement of the series.

The three-part miniseries was originally set to premiere in March but was unexpectedly delayed, leaving fans frustrated.

Finally arriving on May 14, the series has been met with widespread acclaim from viewers.

Named American Manhunt: Osama bin Laden, the documentary delves deeply into the mission to eliminate the notorious Al-Qaeda leader, Osama bin Laden.

With interviews from pivotal government figures involved in the pursuit, the initial episode examines the immediate response to the 9/11 attacks.

The second episode covers the prolonged search for bin Laden, highlighting the obstacles faced by the US government, while the final episode details the significant raid on bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, culminating in his death.

Although the series was set to be released on March 10, it was postponed, leading to some Netflix users threatening to cancel their subscriptions in frustration.

There was much speculation regarding the delay; some suggested it was inappropriate to release during the holy month of Ramadan from February 28 to March 30.

Others noted the original release date coincided with bin Laden’s birthday, March 10, as he was born in Saudi Arabia in 1957 and was 54 at the time of his death.

Despite the conjecture, no reasons were confirmed, and Netflix chose not to comment.

However, the earlier discontent seems forgotten as viewers took to social media platforms to express their admiration for the documentary since its release on May 14.

One enthusiastic fan posted on X, previously known as Twitter, “Literally 20 min into American Manhunt: Osama Bin Laden, I feel this is going to be the most watched documentary on Netflix,” they wrote, adding, “Top stuff.”

Another viewer shared, “Didn’t have it in me to watch basketball tonight so we watched American Manhunt: Osama bin Laden on Netflix,” and recommended it as “10/10.”

A third user commented, “American Manhunt: Osama Bin Laden on Netflix is an absolute must-watch,” calling it “Top tier content.”

A fourth viewer mentioned that the series gave them ‘chills’.

Directed by Mor Loushy and Daniel Sivan, this documentary is the latest addition to Netflix’s American Manhunt series, which has previously featured American Manhunt: O.J. Simpson and 2023’s American Manhunt: The Boston Marathon Bombing.

All episodes of American Manhunt: Osama bin Laden are currently available for streaming on Netflix.
