Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have finally revealed their daughter’s name after months of speculation.
The couple welcomed their child in March of this year, but kept the name under wraps until now.
Fans were eager to learn the name, frequently inquiring on social media and speculating about the possibilities.
Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, ended the suspense by posting a touching video on Instagram on June 17. Though the baby isn’t visible, she is nearby in a rocking chair as Baker plays music for her.
Longtime fans noticed a charming connection with the name of the newborn.
In the post, the rapper captioned the video: “Saga Blade Fox-Baker ❤️🔥 thank you for the ultimate gift Megan Fox.”
In a 2021 GQ interview, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly chatted about middle names, with Baker admitting he didn’t have one.
The then-couple playfully considered what his middle name could be, with Fox suggesting several options.
She guessed: “Can I guess what your middle name would be? Blade? Sword, Katana, Chaos, Hectic, Violence, Rebel.”
Baker cut in when she mentioned Blade, asserting that would be his choice.
People online found it endearing that he gave his daughter the middle name he would have chosen for himself.
One user remarked: “This is just a super cool full circle moment.”
Another noted: “mgk & megan fox just revealed their baby’s name, and they’ve BEEN hinting at it since 2021.”
