Monthly Earnings of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Uncovered Amid Alleged ‘Cocaine Clause’ Divorce Controversy

The monthly earnings of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have been disclosed following Kidman’s divorce filing after nearly two decades of marriage.

The news of the couple’s separation surfaced this week, as Kidman submitted legal documents in Nashville, Tennessee. This is where the couple predominantly resides with their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

In the wake of their split, various aspects of their relationship have come to the forefront, including an alleged clause in their prenuptial agreement. The agreement was signed before their wedding in June 2006.

Referred to as the ‘cocaine clause,’ the section reportedly specified that Urban, who has been candid about his past substance abuse issues, would be entitled to $600,000 from Kidman for each year of their marriage during which he remained substance-free.

Over their 19-year union, this would amount to just over $11 million.

With $600,000 exceeding what many people earn annually, the existence of this alleged clause prompts curiosity about Kidman’s income, which is believed to be around $250 million.

On the other hand, Urban’s net worth is estimated to be approximately $75 million, per Celebrity Net Worth.

So, what does their monthly income look like?

Court documents accessed by E! News and the Daily Mail reveal the individual earnings of Urban and Kidman in a Child Support Worksheet, which is part of the custody arrangement for their daughters.

This document outlines their combined monthly income at a staggering $200,000, split evenly at $100,000 each, surpassing the annual earnings many Americans could aspire to achieve.

Urban’s substantial earnings are derived from his career as a singer-songwriter, musician, and composer, along with income from touring.

Conversely, Kidman was recognized as the highest-paid actress in the world in 2024, earning an estimated $31 million through her roles in titles like Lioness, The Perfect Couple, Expats, Babygirl, and A Family Affair.

The documents indicate that neither Urban nor Kidman will be required to pay ‘any amount and/or form of alimony or spousal support to the other,’ nor will they pay child support to each other.

Kidman has petitioned to be the ‘primary residential parent’ for their daughters. Both parents have agreed to a plan in which Sunday and Faith will spend 306 days a year with Kidman and 59 days with Urban.
