Unusual reason scientist who suspects mysterious space object isn’t ‘natural’ invites Kim Kardashian for research assistance

Kim Kardashian recently made headlines when she expressed her skepticism about the Moon landing, prompting a scientist who theorizes that an interstellar comet might be an alien probe to seek her assistance in his research.

There’s certainly a lot to delve into with this story.

Kim, a 45-year-old mother of four, has voiced her belief in the conspiracy theory that astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin never set foot on the lunar surface during the 1969 Apollo 11 mission, basing her claims on information she encountered on TikTok.

In addition, there’s the matter of the interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS, which has piqued significant interest. For more details on this, you can click here.

After Kardashian’s statements about the Moon landing aired on the latest season of The Kardashians, it led to an invitation from NASA itself.

“Yes, @KimKardashian, we’ve been to the Moon before… 6 times! And even better: @NASAArtemis is going back under the leadership of @POTUS,” NASA’s acting administrator Sean Duffy explained on Twitter.

“We won the last space race and we will win this one too.”

Kardashian responded: “Wait…. what’s the tea on 3I Atlas?!?!!!!!!!?????”

Duffy replied: “Great question! @NASA’s observations show that this is the third interstellar comet to pass through our solar system. No aliens. No threat to life here on Earth. 3 = the third, I = interstellar, meaning from beyond our solar system, ATLAS = discovered by our Asteroid Terrestrial-Impact Last Alert System (ATLAS) team.

“We love your excitement about our Artemis mission to the Moon. You’re officially invited to launch at Kennedy Space Center!”

Following this exchange, Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb unexpectedly reached out to Kardashian, requesting her assistance in his study of 3I/ATLAS. He asked her to persuade Duffy, whom she is likely to meet personally, to release the highest resolution images of the interstellar object captured by NASA’s HiRISE camera on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter.

These photographs were reportedly taken on October 2 and 3. For those unfamiliar with Loeb’s previous remarks about the comet, he had suggested to the New York Post that it might be an alien probe sent to gather information about Earth.

In a Medium article published on Monday (November 3), Loeb wrote: “I requested access to the data from the Principal Investigator of the HiRISE camera team, Professor Alfred McEwen at the University of Arizona, but received no response to my email.

“The dissemination of scientific information should not be held hostage to the politics of the government shutdown. This precious data with a spatial resolution of 30 kilometers per pixel is time-sensitive as it would help to guide upcoming observations of 3I/ATLAS before the object leaves our solar system.”

Could Kim Kardashian play a pivotal role in humanity’s potential discovery of extraterrestrial life?

NASA has been contacted for comment regarding this matter.
