White House ‘discloses’ name of alleged Epstein victim who ‘spent hours’ with Trump

The White House has released the name of an alleged Jeffrey Epstein victim who purportedly ‘spent hours’ with Donald Trump.

Since Donald Trump resumed the presidency in January, there has been much speculation around the unreleased Epstein files, particularly given Trump’s prior association with the convicted sex offender.

Epstein died in August 2019 while in custody at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, New York City.

The financier had been detained earlier that year and passed away at 66, awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges, to which he had pleaded not guilty.

Trump has consistently asserted that he was unaware of Epstein’s criminal activities.

On Wednesday (November 12), the Oversight Committee released documents as part of its probe into Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, who has been convicted of sex offenses.

These documents included three separate emails in which Epstein referenced Trump, one of which claimed an individual identified as ‘Victim 1’ ‘spent many hours’ with Trump.

Although the name was redacted, the White House stated that the alleged victim is Virginia Giuffre, who, before her death, claimed she did not witness any misconduct by Trump during their interactions.

In a statement, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said: “The Democrats selectively leaked emails to the liberal media to create a fake narrative to smear President Trump.

“The ‘unnamed victim’ referenced in these emails is the late Virginia Giuffre, who repeatedly said President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever and ‘couldn’t have been friendlier’ to her in their limited interactions.”

The statement further noted: “These stories are nothing more than bad-faith efforts to distract from President Trump’s historic accomplishments, and any American with common sense sees right through this hoax and clear distraction from the government opening back up again.”

In an email from April 2011, Epstein allegedly informed Maxwell: “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is Trump,” mentioning that an unnamed victim ‘spent hours at my house with him, he has never once been mentioned,’ as reported by the New York Times.

Maxwell replied: “I have been thinking about that.”

Virginia Giuffre, an alleged victim of Epstein, tragically took her own life at her home in Australia in April this year at the age of 41. Before her death, she authored Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice.

Giuffre had claimed she was trafficked by Epstein at the age of 17 and alleged she was coerced into having sex with Prince Andrew, which the former royal has consistently denied.
