Ex GOP Aide Accused of Hiring Body Mod Artist for Anti-Trump Message Mutilation

A former aide to a GOP politician is facing accusations of orchestrating a fake attack on herself, allegedly hiring a body scarification artist to inflict injuries.

Natalie Greene, 26, from Ocean City, has been charged with several offenses related to a supposed plan to fabricate an attack based on her political views.

The scheme allegedly involved compensating someone to intentionally scar her before she was restrained with zip ties.

On July 23, 2025, law enforcement responded to a 911 call from Greene’s alleged accomplice. Officers discovered Greene bound hand and foot with zip ties in a wooded area, where she claimed an attacker was armed.

The accomplice also alleged that the attackers mentioned her work with a federal official, whose identity remains undisclosed in court documents.

Greene’s shirt was over her head, and several messages were written on her body, including one on her stomach and another on her back.

The words on her stomach read ‘TRUMP WH*RE,’ while her back carried a message about a Republican official, saying ‘[NAME] IS RACIST’.

Upon examining Greene’s phone, investigators found communications with a body scarification artist, in which she sent him a design for the desired scarring pattern.

Photos taken by investigators at the hospital showed scarring on Greene’s shoulders that matched images taken by the artist after the studio session, which were provided to investigators.

The artist also produced a waiver signed by Greene before the procedure.

Zip ties similar to those used on Greene were found in her car, and a search of her accomplice’s phone revealed an inquiry for ‘zip ties near me’ two days prior to the supposed attack.

In her interview with officers, Greene claimed her attackers were armed and made threats to shoot her. She alleged that one of them held her down, restrained her, and wrote on her body.

Greene received medical treatment for her injuries and was subsequently interviewed by an FBI agent.

After a thorough investigation, Greene faces charges of conspiracy to convey false statements and hoaxes, as well as making false statements to federal authorities.

During an initial court appearance on November 19, 2025, U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth A. Pascal allowed Greene to be released on an unsecured bond of $200,000, pending the next hearing.

Representatives of Natalie Greene have been contacted for comment.
