Kim Kardashian has been candid about her struggles with ex-husband Kanye West, particularly his troubling social media behavior that has pushed her to her limits.
In a recent episode of The Kardashians, the 45-year-old discussed the challenges posed by her ex’s actions while undergoing a brain scan with Scott Disick, Kourtney’s former partner. Her doctor noted she had ‘low brain activity’.
During the appointment, as Kardashian was getting checked for a brain aneurysm, Disick, 42, expressed sympathy by saying, “By the way, I’m sorry about all that you’re going through. It looks stressful,” though he didn’t mention West directly. He continued, “I see some of the stuff, and it’s like, f**k”.
Kardashian, recognizing who Disick was referring to, acknowledged the difficulty of seeing the father of her four children being “very loud out there right now”. This coincided with West’s release of the antisemitic song Heil Hitler, which was removed from streaming services.

Kardashian explained her decision to refrain from responding to West’s public remarks about her and their parenting arrangement. “I just can’t really engage. I think it’s just for the better,” she shared with Disick.
However, she did express her frustration with West’s claims about not being able to see their children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, all children under the age of 12.
She pointed out that West “never once called”, despite his claims. In May, West intensified his criticism of their custody arrangements post-divorce in 2022, threatening legal action to gain custody.
“I’mma go get these kids, bro. I’m talking to the lawyers – it gets to the point where I don’t lose my f***in’ mind where I got to get used to not seeing my kids,” he stated during a livestream.
Months after this episode was filmed, West made further accusations against Kardashian, labeling her as a ‘sex trafficker’ in a post, ending with “y’all don’t believe me and just say i’m crazy”.

Although she chose not to respond publicly, Kardashian shared that the situation was increasingly challenging.
“Sometimes I just feel like snapping, but I can’t. I just can’t,” she confided to Disick, discussing her attempts to maintain a healthy relationship between the kids and their father. “I mean, I always encourage a relationship, but a healthy one,” she said.
In a later confessional, Kardashian elaborated on her priorities, stating: “My only focus and job is really just to be strong for my kids.”
The business mogul broke her silence regarding ‘Ye’ amid her concerns over a minor brain aneurysm. She linked her ‘low activity’ in the frontal lobe to the ‘chronic stress’ from studying for the California bar exam and dealing with her ex-husband’s behavior.
“I got to get on a plan to really figure this out because I have some s**t to do this summer,” she said, referring to her upcoming bar exam, which she ultimately did not pass.
