Nick Cannon’s Instagram post sparks unified reaction after daughter with Mariah Carey discusses his 10 other children

Nick Cannon’s recent Instagram post has caught the public’s attention, especially after Monroe, his daughter with Mariah Carey, commented on her siblings.

In November, Monroe, who is 14, took to Instagram to clarify her relationship with her siblings from her father’s side. She stated in an Instagram story, “Clearing something up guys.

“I only have ONE brother who is Moroccan Cannon. I do have other half siblings from my dad but they are all many, many years younger than me.”

Monroe and Moroccan, born in April 2011, are Cannon’s first children with singer Mariah Carey.

After his marriage to Carey, Cannon went on to have 10 more children with five other women: Brittany Bell, Alyssa Scott, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, and LaNisha Cole.

With Bell, he has three children: Golden born in 2017, Powerful in 2020, and Rise in 2022.

De La Rosa and Cannon had twins Zion and Zillion in 2021, followed by their daughter Beautiful in 2022.

In the same year, Tiesi had their son Legendary Love, Cole had Onyx, and Scott had Halo.

Sadly, Cannon and Scott had a son, Zen, in June 2021, who was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed away in December that year at only five months old.

Recently, Cannon shared an Instagram photo featuring several of his children, including Monroe.

Followers commented on the photo, especially after Cannon captioned it ‘Cannon Family Vibes’.

One person remarked: “That oldest daughter still the funniest.”

Another added: “Awww Ro, her brother and her daddy’s kids!”

A third noted: “I see she met her other siblings.”

Someone else commented: “It’s Ro with her one brother and her father’s other half children! I love her!”

Cannon and Carey first crossed paths in 2005, later sparking dating rumors in 2008, around the time she featured him in her ‘Bye Bye’ music video. They tied the knot in April 2008 and welcomed the twins three years later.

Following their separation in 2014, Cannon stated: “We’ll forever be family. We’re there for our children, and are making them the number one priority.”

Mariah Carey has opened up about co-parenting with Cannon.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in July, she expressed: “How do I say this?

“They spend time with him, and they have a good time; they spend time with me, and they have a good time.

“I want to make sure I’m always fair about the situation because it’s tough to grow up with divorced parents.”
