Nick Cannon has gained recognition for the significant number of children he has fathered over the years. Consequently, his family life might differ from the typical household structure.
Let’s delve into the complexities of the Cannon family’s journey.
Cannon’s first children, twins Monroe and Moroccan, were born in April 2011 with Mariah Carey. Since then, the TV host has fathered ten more children with five different women.
With Brittany Bell, Cannon has three children: Golden, born in 2017, Powerful in 2020, and Rise in 2022.
Cannon and Abby De La Rosa welcomed twins Zion and Zillion in 2021, and their daughter Beautiful arrived in 2022.

The year 2022 was particularly eventful for the 45-year-old, as he welcomed Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi, Onyx with LaNisha Cole, and Halo with Alyssa Scott.
Cannon and Scott also had a son, Zen S. Cannon, in June 2021, but tragically he passed away from brain cancer that December at just five months old.
In a recent Instagram post, 14-year-old Monroe, Cannon’s firstborn, addressed her father’s extended family. “Clearing something up guys,” she wrote. “I only have ONE brother who is Moroccan Cannon. I do have other half siblings from my dad but they are all many, many years younger than me.”
Following Monroe’s comments, Cannon discussed the structure of his family on his podcast, ‘Nick Cannon at Night’. He explained, “In all seriousness, six mothers [to] all of my children, it was at different stages of their lives and for different reasons. They all made the decision they were ready to have children and specifically have children with me.”
Cannon emphasized that women should not let a man dictate when to start a family, noting that his large family resulted from these women deciding to have children. “To me, it’s a family. They don’t have to be friends, but we’ve gotta do what’s best for the children,” he added.
Cannon regularly shares glimpses of his family life on social media. He recently posted a photo on Instagram featuring several of his children, including Monroe.
