Justin Baldoni shares candid NSFW confession about his anatomy to Blake Lively while Ryan Reynolds listens

Justin Baldoni has acknowledged a ‘penis confession’ he shared with co-star Blake Lively.

If you’ve been out of the loop, Baldoni and Lively are embroiled in a significant and ongoing legal battle.

This began when the Gossip Girl alum pursued legal action in December, accusing her It Ends With Us co-star of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her.

Further complicating matters, Lively discussed her allegations with the New York Times, prompting Baldoni to respond with a separate $400,000,000 defamation lawsuit against her, the publication, and Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds.

However, over the summer, the judge dismissed his case, leaving it completely dissolved as of October 31, while Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit continues in Manhattan federal court.

Recently obtained court documents by PEOPLE reveal that Baldoni visited Lively’s New York City apartment in December 2022 while she was pregnant with her son. During this visit, Baldoni seemed to discuss his manhood in relation to circumcision.

During an October deposition, Lively’s legal team questioned the 41-year-old actor about the conversation.

Attorney Michael J. Gottlieb inquired: “Did you at any point share with Ms. Lively whether you were circumcised?” Baldoni reportedly answered, “Yes.”

Asked if Lively directly posed the question, Baldoni replied: “Directly, no.”

The Clouds actor allegedly mentioned that Reynolds was present during this conversation, explaining: “There were people going all around,” as he informed Lively of his circumcision status.

“Mr. [Ryan] Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies. I felt like there was a housekeeper there. Her assistant was walking around.

“I think she had two assistants there. Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there were people all around.”

Baldoni was then asked if he had ever discussed his private parts with other work colleagues, to which he responded: “I don’t talk about my genitalia, so no.”

Lively claims she was ‘disturbed’ by Baldoni’s description of his own genitalia, among other allegations.

In January, Lively amended her complaint, asserting she was one of ‘two women’ who ‘one million per cent’ felt ‘uncomfortable’ on set with Baldoni.

Her legal team is aiming for the case to proceed to trial, scheduled for March next year.

Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ that his client ‘wants to be vindicated’, stating, “That’s all that he cares about.”

“He knows who he is. He knows what he’s done; he knows what he hasn’t done. And he wants the truth to come out, and he wants to do that in the appropriate way,” Freedman said. “He’s waiting for his day in court, where he can speak out to tell the truth.”

Baldoni’s representatives have been contacted for comment.
