Wedding Crashers actress, 74, reveals intimate details of her relationship with boyfriend in candid confession

Who claims that intimacy dwindles after the age of 50? Jane Seymour has opened up about her romantic life with her musician boyfriend, John Zambetti.

The 74-year-old actress recently had an interview with People Magazine to reflect on various highlights of her career, including the memorable nude scene with Owen Wilson in Wedding Crashers.

During the discussion, Seymour shared details about her relationship with 76-year-old Zambetti.

In the interview, which appeared on Sunday (December 7), Seymour confessed that she feels much younger than her actual age, stating: “I have to actually wake up in the morning and remind myself how old I am because inside of me, I would say I still feel like I’m maybe about 40 or 50, maybe 40.

“I don’t know where all that time went, but I have the energy that I had when I was 40.”

As she approaches her 75th birthday, Seymour mentioned she remains ‘very sexually active’ with Zambetti, whom she began dating in 2023.

The former Bond actress explained: “I kind of have become, in some way, almost a poster child for there is life after 70. And I say the word 70 — there’s nothing about me that feels like that.”

Seymour, previously married four times before meeting Zambetti, told Hello!: “I honestly never thought I would find a really committed, healthy, lovely, loving relationship at this time of my life, but I’m incredibly blessed that I have.”

With extensive experience in the entertainment industry, the 74-year-old now seeks involvement only in projects that genuinely excite her.

“I call it experiential living. Now it is. I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow,” she told People. “So I only want to spend my time doing things that I’m passionate about, that I really enjoy. And I make sure that, even if it’s work, that I turn it into a fun life experience.”

Maintaining that youthful energy is critical for Seymour, and she remains dedicated two decades after Wedding Crashers hit the screens.

“I work 12 to 14-hour days on sets and keep up with everyone,” she added. “I don’t need cue cards or anything. I learn pages after pages and I have a lot of energy and I think it’s because I keep working and I keep pushing myself to be better at what it is that I do because I love what I do — I think it keeps me young.”

It seems Jane Seymour’s career is far from slowing down!
