Director of new Melania Trump documentary seen in surprising Epstein files photo

A filmmaker behind the upcoming documentary about the first lady has been identified in Jeffrey Epstein’s files.

On Friday, December 19, the Department of Justice released approximately 300,000 pages of documents concerning Jeffrey Epstein, the late convicted sex offender.

These documents have quickly gained attention as they feature several high-profile individuals.

It’s crucial to clarify that photographs with Epstein do not imply any misconduct. Many individuals in these images have stated they were unaware of his criminal activities.

The documents include photos of ex-President Bill Clinton, music legends Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, and Mick Jagger, as well as the disgraced Prince Andrew.

Among the recognized faces is Hollywood director Brett Ratner, who is currently working on a documentary about Melania Trump.

In one image, Ratner is seen with the late French model agent Jean-Luc Brunel, an associate of Epstein, who appears shirtless and embraces Ratner.

Brunel died by suicide in a Paris jail in 2022 while facing charges of raping a minor.

Virginia Giuffre, who accused Prince Andrew, also claimed Brunel had inappropriate relations with her when she was underage.

Giuffre passed away at 41 earlier this year.

Ratner, aged 56, has faced accusations of sexual assault and harassment from six women, including Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge. He has denied these allegations.

Ratner’s latest project, Melania, marks his return to directing after more than a decade, following the cancellation of his previous projects due to the allegations.

The documentary promises to offer a behind-the-scenes look at the Trump family, including their transition to the White House. It is scheduled for theatrical release on January 30.

This development coincides with Donald Trump’s appearance in the recent release of Epstein’s files. These files momentarily vanished from the DOJ website but were later restored.

One particular image depicts a collection of framed pictures, including one of Trump with Epstein, inside one of Epstein’s homes.

The former president has strongly denied any involvement in Epstein’s crimes, and there is no suggestion of misconduct from these images.

Among the released documents, there are also peculiar items like a scanned copy of Massage for Dummies, a fully redacted 119-page grand jury document, and a police report describing a woman’s claim that Epstein threatened to set her home ablaze.

Epstein died at 66 in 2019, having taken his own life while awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges.
