The event curator quickly gained the affection of viewers during her time on the 27th season of the popular reality show. Unfortunately, her life was tragically cut short on Christmas Day when she endured a series of cardiac arrests.
Her family shared the heartbreaking news of her passing on December 26 through a heartfelt tribute on social media.
In an Instagram post, they stated: “With profound sadness, the family of Mickey Lee announces her transition on Christmas in the early evening.”
“Mickey captivated the hearts of audiences nationwide with her appearance on Big Brother, where her authenticity, strength, and spirit left a lasting impression on fans and fellow cast members alike.”

This devastating news follows reports earlier in the week that Lee had become ill and was receiving treatment at a hospital.
A GoFundMe page created to help raise funds for her treatment disclosed that the former contestant was in a ‘critical but stable condition’ after experiencing a series of cardiac arrests.
At that time, her family members were hopeful about her recovery, acknowledging that she faced a ‘long road ahead’.
In their description, Mickey’s family portrayed her as having a ‘vibrant, strategic, and unforgettable personality’.
They also highlighted her ability to ‘capture the attention of fans with her energy, authenticity, and bold gameplay.’
Lee achieved a 10th place finish overall in the competition, with Ashley Hollis claiming the final victory.
In the wake of her passing, fans have been inundating social media with messages of sympathy as they reflect on Lee’s brief life.
