NFL Hall of Famer Tom Brady was spotted getting close to a social media influencer during a New Year’s Eve celebration, leaving fans in disbelief.
Brady, aged 48, was seen welcoming the New Year on the stunning Caribbean island of Saint Barthélemy, where 25-year-old TikToker Alix Earle was also present.
The former quarterback for the New England Patriots and the online influencer were at the same New Year’s Eve event. A source informed People that they were observed ‘hanging out and looking cozy’.
Footage acquired by the outlet shows the duo engaging in conversation, dancing, and laughing, with Earle at one point leaning in to whisper to Brady while gently rubbing his back.
Although neither Brady nor Earle has commented on the rumors, and their representatives have remained silent, the online community has certainly reacted.
One user on X commented: “Influencers are living lives that i’ve never seen before now.”
Another surprised fan simply wrote: “You’re kidding.”
Yet another person compared the unexpected pairing to that of singer Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
“Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau were one thing but I am drawing the line and [at] Alix Earle and Tom Brady,” they posted.
Another user commented: “This is Tom Brady and Alix Earle. Entering the year 2026 together. Please discuss.”
This speculation follows soon after Earle confirmed her breakup from Houston Texans player Braxton Berrios in December. The influencer shared her feelings about the split in a heartfelt TikTok, noting that the distance had strained their relationship.
“It’s just been really hard to process in general, and I think why I’ve been scared to say something is because I feel like it just makes it more real,” Earle revealed to her followers.
“Braxton and I are no longer together. We have been doing long distance since basically June and we haven’t gotten to see each other that often.”
Earle also mentioned that her recent visit to Los Angeles led her to reconsider her personal goals.
“I really liked it and I thought maybe I wanted to stay there,” she stated.
“A part of me just also really wants to be focusing on myself right now and I just feel like I can’t be what Braxton needs. I want him to have someone with him 24/7 who can support him and be there for him – and he wasn’t really expecting that of me, I think it was more a me thing – but I constantly felt guilty.”
As for Brady, he has been single since his divorce from Gisele Bündchen was concluded in October 2022.
