Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce settlement.
The settlement was submitted in court on Tuesday, January 6, three months after Kidman initiated divorce proceedings following their 19-year marriage.
The couple first crossed paths in Los Angeles in 2005 and began their relationship, leading to marriage the next year.
In September, reports surfaced that Kidman and Urban had been living apart ‘since the beginning of summer’.
Now, new documents have provided insight into the terms of their divorce agreement.
The details state that Kidman will be the primary caregiver for their two children, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, with plans for them to continue residing in Nashville.
Court documents acquired by PEOPLE indicate that neither party will require child or spousal support, with each responsible for their own legal costs.

The agreement specifies that Urban and Kidman must ‘interact with each other and each child in a manner that promotes a loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing environment for the child despite the divorce.’
It further states: “They will not speak poorly of each other or any family members from the other parent’s side.
“They will encourage each child to maintain love for the other parent and feel comfortable in both family settings.”
According to the arrangement, Kidman will have custody of the children for 306 days annually, while Urban will have them for 59 days, with alternating weekends.

In a November conversation with Ariana Grande, Kidman shared her feelings about the situation.
During an Interview Magazine feature, the two discussed topics like their zodiac signs and current reading interests.
Addressing how she was managing, Kidman told Grande: “I’m hanging in there.”

Their divorce has garnered substantial attention, including a notable mention of a ‘cocaine clause’ in their prenuptial agreement.
Radar Online reported that this clause indicated Urban, who has had addiction issues, would receive $600,000 for each sober year of marriage, amounting to over $11 million after 19 years.
However, this clause is not present in the finalized divorce papers.
In 2010, Urban reflected on Kidman’s intervention during an interview with Oprah Winfrey, saying: “I’m just so glad she didn’t [leave], and she chose to initiate this intervention. The love in that room at that moment was perfect. I was like, ‘Put the cuffs on, let’s go’.”
