Kendall Jenner responds to long-standing speculation about her sexuality

Kendall Jenner has finally addressed the rumors surrounding her sexuality, putting an end to the speculation.

Being in the spotlight seems to spark curiosity about celebrities’ personal lives, particularly their romantic involvements.

Jenner has been a subject of interest regarding her dating life, especially since her rumored relationship with Harry Styles during his One Direction era. Recently, she shared her perspective on the In Your Dreams podcast.

Some have speculated that she’s “secretly gay,” leading to multiple Reddit discussions on the topic.

“There’s the whole side of the internet that thinks I’m a lesbian,” Jenner mentioned to Owen Thiele, the podcast’s host, on the episode aired Friday, January 9.

Jenner expressed her desire to address this on the show, while Thiele described the theory as ‘hardcore.’ Although she confirmed she is not gay, she highlighted the unkindness she has faced.

“You want to know what really bothers me? How mean people are about it,” Jenner continued. “It’s not with, like, a welcoming arm of like, ‘Hey, if you were, yes, come join.’ It’s not kind. It’s very mean. It’s very like, ‘What the f**** are you doing?'”

Jenner clarified that she is not part of the LGBTQIA+ community, though she would openly come out if she were.

“I understand that coming out is not an easy thing for anybody, if not most people,” she stated. “And I’m not saying that’s an easy thing, but knowing, and I can speak for myself here, and knowing myself, I think at this point in my life I’d be out if I was.”

The 30-year-old further explained that, given her personality and how she chooses to live her life, she would have no issue being open about it if she were attracted to the same sex.

She added: “I’d have no problem being that.”

Jenner further commented, “I think that there’s this whole narrative that I’m hiding this thing … I’ve seen really f**** up things that are like, ‘It’s bad for business,’ and I’m like, ‘What? How?’ I don’t understand it.

“All’s to say, as of today, I am not,” she concluded. “I don’t think I will be, but I’m not closing doors to experiences in life.”
