“I began my journey when I was 27. I used to weigh roughly 400lbs and decided that I was sick of being unhealthy and hated how I looked. It was tiring,” they explained. “Fast forward a few years later and now I’m a Certified Weight management specialist and help people lose weight naturally.”

Their approach to weight loss is based on scientific principles and is straightforward, though it requires discipline. Each day, they consumed fewer calories than their body expended.

They said: “If you’re not in a calorie deficit, you aren’t going to lose weight. Understanding how a deficit works in a healthy manner is crucial for weight loss.”
