Cardi B discusses plans to take out her last butt implants in open confession

Cardi B is always open about her plans, and this includes her upcoming visit to the surgeon’s office.

The 33-year-old artist, known for her candid nature, recently disclosed her intentions for another cosmetic procedure, sharing with the audience the specific changes she plans to make.

Currently, she is on the Little Miss drama Tour promoting her latest album, Am I the Drama?, which kicked off on February 11 at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California.

Cardi’s revelation came after a surprise stage appearance with Kehlani, where the duo performed their song ‘Safe’ in Los Angeles on Monday, February 16. Backstage, Kehlani humorously remarked on Cardi’s derriere, saying: “You have so much ass!” A clip of this playful moment was shared by hip-hop radio host Big Boy on Instagram.

For Cardi B, future plans involve reconsidering her physical appearance. She informed fans that once her tour concludes, her next step will be to remove her butt implants.

Backstage, she told Kehlani, “After this tour, I’m taking some out,” while laughter ensued among their entourage. “After this tour, I don’t wanna hear nobody for three months. I’m going to Colombia, nobody hit me up, nothing. I’m taking this ass out!”

The tour has been successful thus far, with scheduled stops in major cities like New York and Chicago. Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, will need to wait a few more months before she can proceed with surgery, as the tour is set to end in mid-April.

This isn’t the first time the former Love & Hip Hop: New York star has discussed her cosmetic surgery experiences. At the age of 21, she received biopolymer injections in her buttocks. These silicone-based fillers, not approved by the FDA, can lead to severe complications. Cardi revealed she had the procedure performed in a basement in Queens, New York, for $800.

Reflecting on the experience, she told GQ in 2018, “They don’t numb your ass with anything. It was the craziest pain ever. I felt like I was gonna pass out. I felt a little dizzy. And it leaks for, like, five days.”

By 2022, Cardi had removed ‘95%’ of the biopolymer material. She discussed the process on an Instagram Live in December of the same year, issuing a strong caution to her followers.

She advised: “All I’m going to say is that if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like, ‘OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my ass,’ so you result to ass shots, DON’T!”

Cardi further suggested: “When it comes to BBLs, if y’all want advice from me, before you get your BBL done, you have to make sure your blood levels are all right. If a doctor says your blood levels are too low or you have diabetes or whatever, don’t do it.”
