Machine Gun Kelly had a straightforward answer for photographers outside a fashion event in France after they confused his teenage daughter for Megan Fox.
Kelly and Fox split in late 2024, not long after announcing they were expecting a child. Their daughter, Saga Blade Fox-Baker, arrived in March 2025, and the two have remained apart since then.
Despite ongoing rumours that the pair could be back on track, a moment outside the Stella McCartney show in Paris on Wednesday (March 4) sent paparazzi into a frenzy when they believed Fox had turned up with him.
When Kelly got out of a car, photographers called out “Megan,” assuming the actress was with him. In reality, the person beside him was his 16-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker, whom he shares with ex Emma Cannon.
A clip posted by Paris Videostars captured Kelly clarifying the mix-up.
“Thats my daughter, not Megan.”
After that, the two continued to pose together in coordinating looks before heading inside for the show.
Kelly later uploaded photos from the night on Instagram, joking about being upstaged by his daughter.
“Got mogged by my own flesh and blood.”
As for where things stand with Fox, sources suggest a reunion isn’t on the cards anytime soon.
An insider told People that the former couple
‘haven’t been together in a real way for a long time now and whatever they had romantically is done’.
The same source said their dynamic is now centred on raising their child.
“Their relationship at this point is just about co-parenting,” the insider added. “Megan is focused on her kids and the baby and just getting settled into this new chapter. That’s genuinely her priority.”
While they’re no longer together, Kelly has previously spoken positively about parenting with Fox and has praised her as a mother.
He discussed their baby’s changing resemblance during an appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show in September 2025.
“We go back and forth on who she looks like. Like last month she looked exactly like me and now she looks exactly like her. It changes, you know?”
Kelly and Fox first met while working on the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020, and soon after they were seen together in California.
Fox later appeared in MGK’s ‘Bloody Valentine’ music video, and by July 2020 she was publicly referring to him as her ‘twin flame’.
When she made the relationship Instagram-official on August 5, she wrote:
“Achingly Beautiful Boy… My heart is yours.”
In 2022, after more than a year of dating, Kelly proposed and the engagement was announced online. He shared details about the ring’s design in a lengthy post.
“I know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022.” the rapper said the unique ring choice.

Fox later claimed their engagement included an unusual moment after she accepted.
“And then we drank each other’s blood.”
She went on to explain what she meant, insisting it wasn’t as dramatic as people assumed.
“So, I guess to ‘drink’ each other’s blood might mislead people or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood,” she told Glamour. “It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only.”
After the couple shared that they had suffered a miscarriage in 2023, they later announced they were expecting again.
Fox wrote on Instagram:
“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,”
She posted the message alongside a lyric from MGK’s track about their loss, ‘last November.”
By late 2024, split rumours resurfaced, with a source telling PEOPLE in January that Fox was
‘done with him now’.
Kelly pushed back publicly at the time.
“How can ‘sources say’ when the sources haven’t said anything.”
The comment fuelled speculation that the situation between them might not be as clear-cut as reports suggested.
Not long after, MGK confirmed the birth of their child in an Instagram post.
“She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed. 3/27/25.”
Another source told PEOPLE the two are aligned when it comes to raising their daughter.
“Whatever issues they have, Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting.
“Right now they’re amicable.”
The source also noted that observers wouldn’t be shocked
‘if they gave their relationship another try’
at some point.
“But right now they’re focused on what’s best for their daughter,” they added.
