Brooklyn Beckham has seemingly shared a pointed Mother’s Day message aimed at his mum, Victoria, in a post on social media.
In the UK, Mother’s Day falls today (March 15), while people in the US mark it later in May.
For many, the day is spent sending flowers, cards, and chocolates, followed by a public tribute about how much their mum means to them.
Brooklyn did share a heartfelt message — but it wasn’t directed at the mother most people would expect.
The 27-year-old has been at the centre of a family dispute that spilled into the public eye after he posted a critical Instagram message about his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, alleging Victoria danced “inappropriately” with him at his wedding to Nicola Peltz.
Since then, tensions have appeared to grow, with claims he’s blocked family members on social media, and his younger brother Cruz apparently taking a swipe in a “passive aggressive” video posted yesterday.

On Mother’s Day, Brooklyn has now posted what looks like a message of his own.
The aspiring chef shared a photo of himself with Nicola and her mum, Claudia Heffner Peltz, writing on his Instagram Story: “Happy birthday to the best mother in law x love u so much and hope u had the most amazing day.”
That said, Victoria wasn’t entirely absent from the day’s tributes, as David Beckham quickly shared his own post celebrating her, alongside a throwback image from when she was pregnant.
He wrote: “Happy Mother’s Day to the most amazing mummy….. You are an inspiration in all the ways a mum should be to our 4 amazing children.. We love you so much and I’m so thankful for the family we have created. Have a special Mother’s Day because if there’s one person that deserves it it’s you. I love you.”

In earlier comments about the situation, Brooklyn claimed tensions with his parents began long before he and Nicola married.
He also alleged they tried to bribe him, called him “evil,” and made other accusations about their behaviour.
He wrote: “Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.”
He added: “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
Brooklyn also accused his family of prioritising their public image over personal relationships, saying: “My family values public promotion and endorsements above all else. Brand Beckham comes first.”
