A former housekeeper who worked at Kylie Jenner’s home has filed a lawsuit alleging she experienced an unhealthy workplace while employed there.
Angelica Vazquez says she worked at Jenner’s Hidden Hills residence from September 2024 through August 2025.

While the complaint does not accuse Jenner of personally making discriminatory remarks, it alleges that Jenner and two companies permitted the conduct to continue and did not ensure pay practices complied with California law.
According to PEOPLE, the claims include alleged failures such as reimbursing work-related expenses, paying overtime, and providing legally required meal and rest breaks.
Vazquez also alleges she faced ongoing mistreatment from other staff members, including the head housekeeper.

In court filings, Vazquez describes being isolated at work and penalized with more difficult duties.
‘routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment’
The lawsuit was filed April 17, 2026, naming Jenner, Tri Star Services, and Maison Family Services as defendants.
Vazquez says her identity and beliefs were repeatedly targeted.

Vazquez further claims she lost income after raising issues about her working conditions and that the experience affected her wellbeing.

She says that by July 2025 she took medical leave, and in August she resigned.

In the lawsuit, Vazquez seeks restitution and punitive damages, including alleged unpaid compensation and related penalties.
