Doctor shows you can increase penis length by 2cm with easy 30-minute routine in new footage

A doctor has explained – and demonstrated – how you can lengthen your penis by up to 2cm in a matter of months.

It’s no secret that many men wish they were bigger. One study cited by Psychology Today found that 45 percent of men surveyed said they’d like to be more well-endowed, after researchers questioned 25,000 men about their bodies.

For some, that insecurity turns into expensive action. Certain procedures can cost up to $20,000, with people paying for filler-based enhancement injections.

However, surgery and high-priced cosmetic treatments aren’t the only options being discussed. Urologist Dr. Rena Malik has highlighted a non-surgical approach: a penile traction device.

These devices, commonly sold online, are claimed to increase length by as much as 2cm over a three-to-six-month period. The routine Dr. Malik discussed involves wearing it for 30 minutes twice per day.

How does it work? The device grips the end of the penis and applies gentle, consistent tension. With repeated use over time, that traction is intended to encourage gradual lengthening.

Dr. Malik recently appeared on The Diary Of a CEO podcast and showed viewers how the device is used.

“It’s a commitment to increasing length and to doing this process,” she said of the undeniably intimidating-looking tool.

She also explained that traction isn’t only discussed for size, but can be used in attempts to address curvature.

“If you have a curvature in the penis, like if you have something called Peyronie’s disease, this device can actually curve a little bit away from you […] and straighten out the penis,” Dr. Malik said.

“For some people, [getting the condition] can be really traumatic and devastating to have a change in the way that your penis appears because it starts curving all of a sudden, and this is safe and effective.”

Still, she cautioned that it may be uncomfortable and can cause bruising, while emphasizing that it’s unlikely to cause serious harm when used correctly.

Separately, there have also been claims online that weight-loss medications such as Ozempic can make a penis seem larger—though that tends to be about appearance rather than actual growth.

Dr. Richard Viney previously explained: “Men’s penises shorten as they get older (due to) increasing body fat and increasing prostate size drawing the penis back into the body.

“It is theoretically possible new drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy, which are used to treat diabetes and obesity respectively and can cause people to lose weight, could also be a factor. As men lose weight, their penises appear larger.”
