Elon Musk once addressed rumors alleging he had a threesome with Amber Heard and Cara Delevingne, after the claim surfaced during the defamation trial involving Heard and her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.
The jury ultimately concluded that Heard’s Washington Post op-ed referencing domestic violence included statements that were false, defamatory, and made with malice. As a result, Depp was awarded $15 million in damages.
Heard also received compensation, with the jury awarding her $2 million on her countersuit.
Throughout the six-week proceedings, several depositions were played and referenced. One came from Josh Drew, the former husband of Heard’s onetime close friend, Raquel Pennington.
He alleged that “Amber Heard was having an affair with Carla Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp”, and claimed it took place at a Los Angeles penthouse in 2016.

After Heard filed for divorce from Depp, she went on to date Musk. However, the Tesla founder has maintained that the suggestion he was intimate with both Heard and Delevingne is untrue.
Musk told Page Six in 2020: “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this.
“Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing.
“I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!”
At the time, Musk also said he hoped those involved could leave the dispute behind rather than prolong it through legal battles.
He continued: “I would recommend that everyone involved bury the hatchet and move on.
“Life is too short for such extended negativity. Nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!”

A representative for Musk likewise rejected the allegations, offering a timeline of the relationship.
“Elon and Amber didn’t start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent.
“Their relationship didn’t become romantic until some time later.”
Musk is believed to have 14 children with four women: Justine Wilson, Grimes, Shivon Zilis, and Ashley St. Clair.
He has also said he intends to pursue full custody of the one-year-old he shares with St. Clair, after claiming the former MAGA activist might ‘transition’ their son.
St. Clair has not said she plans to ‘transition’ the child. The 27-year-old has previously expressed regret over remarks she made in the past about the trans community.
