Charlize Theron is making headlines again after another blunt comment about her sex life.
The 50-year-old actor drew plenty of attention last year when she appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alex Cooper, where she spoke candidly about dating, relationships, and why she’s never tied the knot.
Although she’s never been married, Theron has had a number of well-known relationships over the years. The Apex star dated Sean Penn for two years, and before that she was in a long-term relationship with Stuart Townsend for close to a decade.
More recently, Theron has been single — and, based on what she shared with Cooper, she’s been enjoying the independence that comes with it.
“I did just recently f**k a 26-year-old,” she bragged. “And it was really f***ing amazing.”
She also stressed that casual encounters haven’t exactly been her norm, noting she’s only had three one-night stands.

“I’m sounding very cocky here, but I think it’s because I found this freedom in my 40s where I’m like, ‘Oh my God,’ so I just want to say this in perspective,” she said.
Now, the actor has revealed another strong opinion — this time about what immediately kills the mood for her.
Speaking with Kareem Rahma on his SubwayTake series, Theron said one phrase in particular gives her the “ick”: when a man says he wants to “make love.”
“Don’t f***ing say it, because my vagina closes up,” the actress insisted. “All the ladies know what I’m talking about.”
When Rahma pressed her on what makes it so off-putting, Theron clarified that the wording feels performative and awkward to her.
“I don’t want you make anything with me, I want you to do something with me. Like, let’s do it– well, don’t say that either. That’s f***ing lame.”
“Just f**k me,” she added. “Just say that.”
Rahma looked surprised by the intensity of her reaction, and the moment led to them bringing another passenger into the discussion for a quick reality check.
Asked whether the phrase “make love” is an instant turn-off, the fellow subway rider agreed with Theron’s take.
“Please don’t make anything; especially not love,” the Mad Max star further insisted.
As expected, the comments quickly spilled onto social media, where people debated whether her preference is refreshing honesty or unnecessarily harsh.
Somebody said: “Wtf! That’s actually the nicest way to say, instead of… ‘I want to f* with you’, which would totally turn me off instantly!”

“She said skip the poetry, save the time,” quipped a different Twitter user.
Another person added: “Dude we’re tired of hearing all this, too many rules man. It’s like walking on a thread.”
Still, others said they understood exactly what Theron meant — particularly when it comes to being upfront about expectations.
“Just to be clear (and I wouldn’t be as crude as her) but if you’re just after a bit of fun without strings, then I agree with the sentiment,” one person said. “Do you want to have sex – is more realistic and honest. There’s lust, not love.”
“I agree with this. Talking, in general, is overrated,” said another.
A third insisted: “Women been telling us this for years, y’all just not listening.”
