Euphoria has landed itself in the spotlight once again, this time after a new fetish storyline made waves.
Viewers have been anxiously awaiting the show’s third season, which is expected to be the final chapter.
And as the episodes roll out, the series continues to court controversy, with each week bringing something else that gets people talking.
Episode five shifts attention to Cassie (Sydney Sweeney), who is shown attracting a major audience on her OnlyFans account.
In the storyline, she joins the adult platform with a specific goal: to raise $50,000 for flowers for her wedding. To get there quickly, she throws herself into increasingly niche corners of online fetish content.

This week, the show takes things in a more surreal direction as Cassie steps into a “larger-than-life” fantasy.
In the scenes, she becomes a towering giant, ripping free of her catsuit in moments that echo classic monster-movie imagery.
From there, she storms through Los Angeles, startling people in the streets and even batting a police helicopter out of the air with a flick of her ponytail.
The sequence also leans heavily into explicit territory: it ends with giant Cassie’s breasts smashing through an office window as her admirer, Frank, licks her nipples.
Strange as it looks on screen, the scenario depicts a real kink known as macrophilia.

Macrophilia, often referred to as a “giantess” kink (GTS), is a sexual fetish or attraction where an individual derives arousal from fantasies involving giant people, particularly female giants, or from being small in comparison. The term literally translates to ”lover of large’, referring to a fetish for people of immense size.

In the episode, Cassie acts out Frank’s fantasy in a custom video she sends him.
She is shown holding a tiny male figure and teasing it with the line: “You’re so small, I could fit you in my pocket. I wonder where else I could fit you?”.
Meanwhile, Frank is shown masturbating while watching on the other end.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan, sociologist Sarah Melancon, a clinical sexologist and lead researcher at womens-health.com said: “Macrophilia is a term describing sexual fantasies related to giant persons, wether male (giant) or female (giantess).
“If we consider how often giant and giantess-type stories appear in our culture, it isn’t surprising that some people find these themes erotic.”
The kink saw a noticeable jump in mainstream attention in the early 2020s, including being labelled a “fetish of the year” in 2024. Interest has continued into 2026, with searches for giantess-related content reportedly rising on sites such as Clips4Sale.
Cosmopolitan also spoke to marriage and family therapist Pam Shaffer about why the fantasy appeals to some people.
She said: “It centres around the erotic feeling of being ‘helpless’ as the giantess dominates those beneath her, forcing them into sexual slavery of crushing them with her strength.”
Dr Justin Lehmiller, the director of the social psychology graduate program at Ball State University said to Men’s Health that the fetish is likely tied “to a broader interest in dominance and submission, given that most porn and erotica in this area depicts a giant person wielding power over someone much smaller.”
The giantess scenario isn’t the first time Cassie has been portrayed catering to highly specific requests. Earlier content has included wearing dog ears for ‘puppy play’, dressing as a baby with a diaper and pacifier, and dabbling in ‘sploshing’ by posing topless as ice cream melts and drips across her chest.
