Alleged San Diego mosque shooter identified after 5 people killed in attack

Authorities have confirmed the identity of one of the two teen suspects accused of carrying out a fatal shooting at a mosque in San Diego, where three people were killed on May 18.

Officers became aware of a possible danger after receiving a 911 call at 9:42am on Monday. The report was made after one suspect’s mother contacted police to say her son had disappeared, along with her vehicle and several of her firearms.
