Brad Pitt reportedly being sued by high-end ‘penis cream’ company for bizarre reason

Brad Pitt is reportedly facing legal action from a premium men’s intimate-care company that says his skincare rebrand is too close to its own name.

The Malibu-based brand Beau D., which launched in 2020, is allegedly suing the Mr & Mrs Smith actor after his skincare line adopted a name it believes is confusingly similar, Air Mile reports.

Pitt entered the beauty space in 2022 with a line called Le Domaine. But in summer 2025, the company refreshed its identity and shifted to a new name: Beau Domaine.

That change appears to have drawn the attention of Beau D., which is reportedly “claiming trademark infringement, false designation of origin after three failed attempts of a private settlement,” according to the publication.

AirMile also reports the Beau D. team—founded by former Men’s Vogue fashion editor Brandon Palas alongside a former Teen Vogue staffer—is seeking damages of more than $75,000.

In addition to monetary damages, Beau D. is reportedly asking the court for “a permanent injunction that would require the French company to stop using the Beau Domaine name and branding entirely,” the report adds.

“This isn’t about publicity or punishment,” Palas said to AirMile. “It’s about protecting the integrity of what we’ve spent years building and ensuring independent brands have the right to grow without being overshadowed or diluted.”

Palas also claimed a friend first flagged the similarities—pointing not only to the names, but to design choices like the typography.

Pitt’s venture is not a solo project. The line was reportedly created with the Perrin family, known for winemaking. On its website, the brand describes itself as a “slow aging innovation in luxury skincare that gives longevity to your skin,” a positioning that fits the actor’s famously youthful image.

Beau D., meanwhile, focuses on a much smaller range—reportedly just two products—compared with Pitt’s broader lineup of skincare items such as cleansers and serums.

The brand’s online store lists a Lip Salve and a product called D. Cream, which is marketed specifically for penis care.

As for what it’s intended to do, the company’s website says it will “service your private parts,” and instructs customers to apply it for “ maximum moisture, smoothness, and potency.”

The $56 cream includes “ Dong Quai, Horny Goat Weed, and He Shou Wu, along with naturally nourishing extracts like Coral Weed, Ivy Gourd, and Eggplant Fruit,” the site says, adding that it “puts the power in your package”.

Air Mail reports that Pitt’s brand has not yet submitted a formal legal response.
