Tom Sandoval has been granted temporary legal protection requiring his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, to leave his home after an alleged physical confrontation.
According to reports, the order was issued on June 25 after Sandoval filed for a domestic violence restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The filing came days after Victoria’s June 3 arrest on an intimate partner battery charge tied to allegations that she assaulted Sandoval.
Video published by TMZ appears to show Sandoval in a tense argument with Will in the backyard of the residence.
While the exact subject of the dispute is unclear from the footage, the exchange is heated and filled with profanity.
The clip ends with what has been described as a violent altercation between the two men.
Following the incident, a California judge granted dual temporary restraining orders directing both Victoria and Will to move out of Sandoval’s Los Angeles property.
Court documents obtained by Page Six state that the pair may take “only personal clothing and belongings needed until the hearing and move out immediately”.

The order also requires them to remain at least 100 yards away from Sandoval. In addition, Victoria and Will are barred from possessing or obtaining firearms.
Earlier this month, Victoria was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence in connection with allegations that she assaulted Sandoval. She was released on bond later that same day.
According to PEOPLE, Sandoval said in a filing:
“[Victoria] and her father continue to reside in our rental home, which I am presently paying for. Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate [Victoria’s] abuse any longer.”
He continued:
“My efforts to maintain the peace have been met with further hostile behavior from [Victoria].
“I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings.”
In the same declaration, Sandoval alleged that Victoria was abusive during their relationship, claiming she had been ‘punching my face, striking my neck, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at me, and verbally assaulting me’.

Sandoval further claimed:
“[Victoria] repeatedly insulted and demeaned me throughout our relationship,” Sandoval claimed.
“She called me a ‘f**king loser,’ told me ‘I can get so much better,’ said that ‘the only reason people like you is because of me’.”
He also alleged that she changed the passwords to his phone and social media accounts without telling him.
Multiple outlets report that the restraining order hearing is scheduled for July 16.
Victoria’s representatives have been contacted for comment.
