The celebration brought together around 1,000 guests, with Swift’s brother Austin serving as her man of honor and Travis’s brother Jason Kelce acting as best man. Actor and comedian Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony.
Privacy was said to be a major priority throughout the weekend, with heavy security and tightly controlled access keeping most details out of view. Guests were reportedly transported through secure entrances, and even after the vows, many of the wedding specifics remained difficult to verify firsthand.
In the lead-up to the main event, about 100 close friends and relatives attended a rehearsal dinner at Madison Square Garden, where guests were said to have received an especially lavish parting gift.
Page Six reported that everyone at the dinner was handed a velvet gift box decorated with the couple’s initials and two hearts.
Those in attendance reportedly found a large champagne flute covered in real diamonds inside, along with a wax-sealed card.
The publication also says the box included an image said to resemble the garden featured in the couple’s engagement photos, printed on a piece of frayed fabric and layered over the packaging.
It remains unclear whether guests at the main wedding celebration received a similar keepsake, as many of the event’s details have remained tightly guarded.
Still, given the apparent care and expense that went into the rehearsal dinner gift alone, fans are likely to keep wondering whether the larger guest list left with something equally elaborate from the wedding itself.
Another talking point emerged amid the wedding buzz, as a familiar public figure was once again linked to the couple.
Prince William was not reported to have attended the New York wedding, but he did recently appear in a teaser for an episode of New Heights, the podcast hosted by Jason and Travis Kelce. Jason introduced “His Royal Highness, Prince William” in the clip, while Travis reacted enthusiastically to the royal guest.
William’s link to the pair goes back to June 2024, when he attended Swift’s Eras Tour concert at Wembley Stadium with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, while Kate Middleton and Prince Louis were not there.
That night also led to a backstage encounter with Jason Kelce, a story Swift has since described as one of her favorites to tell.
