Chicago’s McCormick Place and United Center hosted the July 23-25 run, with Caitlin Clark, 24, leading Team Spoon, Paige Bueckers, 24, leading Team Coop, and Azzi Fudd, 23, Angel Reese, 24, and A’ja Wilson, 29, all in the mix.

The league’s orange-carpet livestream was hosted by Ari Chambers and Jordan Robinson at WNBA Live.

Fudd traced her look back to college days, saying, “my style has definitely evolved.”

The rookie’s fashion chat framed the weekend as another step in that shift.

She also brushed off the idea of one fixed lane, adding, “you don’t have to fit into one box.”

Marie Claire said the Dallas guard returned to Coach for the weekend after her draft-night custom moment.

Her Coach comeback, she said, felt “authentic to me.”

The carpet also leaned hard into Prada, Rabanne, and Rahul Mishra as Chicago’s biggest names traded jerseys for tailoring.

When the fit clicked, she put it simply: “I love her fits.”

Glamour said Coach dressed multiple athletes and threaded the new WNBA bag charm through the weekend.

SI leaned on the league’s own X captions to capture the arrivals.

“Fashion has helped athletes show people who we are beyond the court.”

“Folks, our one and only rookie for 2026 WNBA All-Star has hit the Orange Carpet 🤩”

In the viral moment, Chicago’s orange carpet and game-day tunnel became one long fashion reel.

“The people’s princess on the Orange Carpet yesterday👑”

“Steppin’ out as per usual 🔥”

The league kept posting every entrance, turning the All-Star runway into live theater.
