Kendra Wilkinson, 40, showed off her slimmed-down figure in a maroon bikini three months into her GLP-1 journey, telling fans she “couldn’t feel more amazing” or “more confident.”

Three months into her GLP-1 journey, Kendra Wilkinson proudly celebrated the results with a new Instagram video, confidently posing in a maroon bikini. The reality star told fans she “couldn’t feel more amazing” or “more confident,” adding that she was thrilled the results were finally showing. Wilkinson also encouraged others who had been curious about GLP-1 treatments to give Effecty a try, saying in her caption that she now feels “actual summer ready, not the fake kind.”

Wilkinson revealed that she went from almost a size 10 to less than a size 6, attributing her weight loss to the use of an unnamed GLP-1.
The journey has been a long one for Wilkinson.
Kendra started using a GLP-1 in March. At the time, she told Us Weekly, “There’s nothing worse than being in a gym every single day, working out and not seeing any progress. I hit 40. I’m happy. I’m at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I don’t want to go out and shop anymore. Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans.”

She explained her approach to the weight loss shots in March.
“I just want to slightly, like, ease my way into it. I just want to be balanced out. I don’t really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced.”
The milestone comes at a time when Wilkinson continues balancing motherhood and her real estate career.
Wilkinson, 40, rose to fame as one of Playboy tycoon Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends on The Girls Next Door, the E! reality TV show that ran from 2005 to 2009.
Wilkinson is the single mom of two children: Hank and Alijah, and she’s even found a new career as a real estate agent.

But her weight loss journey hasn’t been without controversy and personal growth.

“This past year, I’ve been working really hard on myself. Before that, I [was] struggling with life through divorce, depression and mental health. I’ve been through absolute hell — my 30s were a mess — and [I] thank God I hit that rock bottom because the only way to go is up. I finally did the proper work to get to that point of confidence.”
Earlier this year, she had pushed back at online critics who judged her appearance.
Kendra Wilkinson has more “confidence” in herself since gaining weight. The 39-year-old reality star first found fame through Playboy in the late 2000s and famously dated Hugh Hefner for a period of time but is “unapologetic” in reminding others that women can age, and they won’t have to stay the same size forever.
In January 2025, she took to Instagram Stories with a candid message.
“God, takes me a second to post photos now. Wondering how much hate and bullying I’ll get for my new body and age but I’m going to post this today and feel proud of myself,” she said in the caption.

Her response to critics evolved as the months progressed, with Wilkinson emphasizing self-acceptance above all.
“I’m unapologetically me at all times, and I have the confidence to rise above it and to be comfortable in my own skin. This is about embracing life now.”
She later shared her feelings on International Women’s Day with additional clarity about her mindset.
“I’m ok with aging “poorly,” ” she quipped. “For some reason I’m happier than I’ve ever been lately even with a little weight gain and wrinkles and I’m not going to tie my happiness again into the negative energy.”
Wilkinson also made headlines for being transparent about her GLP-1 journey when other celebrities stayed silent.

“Starting my GLP-1 journey and being really intentional about how I do it 🤍 for me, it wasn’t just about weight… it was about feeling better, having more energy, and actually trusting the process instead of rushing it,” the realtor, 40, wrote in the caption of her Instagram post on Wednesday, April 1, adding that she is “so excited” for her transformation in the coming weeks. “Unlike most people I’m being honest.”
In the viral moment that prompted this body confidence journey, Wilkinson had addressed body-shamers head-on in January 2025 after posting poolside photos.
“Yes, I’ve gained weight. Yes, im aging. Yes, I’m not that girl i was before (playboy girl) 🤣 but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy. Kids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. “Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny. For those of you hating on my new weight, 40 yr old face please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally.”
The post quickly went viral, with supporters flooding her comments section with encouragement.
“This shows how warped our society is because you look absolutely amazing!” one follower wrote.
By March 2025, Wilkinson was reflecting on her liberation from her Playboy past.
She went on to say, “Playboy days are long gone, and it feels more and more liberating for some reason.”
The real estate agent has also been candid about motherhood being her true priority.
“My kids are effing amazing. They’re just the most amazing human beings,” Wilkinson told Us “I pinch myself every day. They’re just good, nice people, just aiming for a good life and to be good and to do good in the world. It’s such a pleasure and it’s just the most amazing feeling to have them. They give me so much purpose. They’re both into basketball, and they’re both really, really successful at basketball.”
She explained that reaching this point with her weight loss had left her feeling better than ever in her own body.
