Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have unfollowed each other on Instagram as of July 28, marking another public distance in their finalized divorce.
The former couple, who finalized their divorce settlement earlier in July, no longer follow each other on the platform.
Jelly Roll, 41, filed for divorce on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee, listing the date of separation as May 9 and citing irreconcilable differences.
The move came after months of fraying ties between the country music star and the podcast host.
He pledged during a June concert that they were still “best friends”, but that promise appears tested now.
At that concert, Jelly Roll said: “me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends. Nobody cheated on nobody. She just did a whole podcast about it. You can go watch it. Every word of it is the truth.”
The couple’s public unity started cracking weeks after their divorce finalized on July 17.
Court documents show Jelly and Bunnie are splitting an aircraft, cars, homes, and their intellectual properties.
Jelly will make a one-time, confidential payment to Bunnie, and alimony claims won’t be made in court.
But their settlement contained a crucial condition.
The agreement includes a provision prohibiting either from trash-talking the other.
Despite that clause, neither star has publicly acknowledged the unfollow or addressed the rift directly.
The move is notable because the two initially presented a united front after news of their split became public.
