Bravo Alum Shows Off Snatched Waist After Rib Recontouring and Says It Is the Best Thing I Have Done

Tiffany Wisconsin, an OnlyFans star, underwent a Rib Sculpt Plus procedure in Beverly Hills, California, a minimally invasive, scarless procedure utilizing ultrasound-guided tools to fracture and reposition up to 12 ribs.

“This isn’t like traditional rib removal,” Tiffany shared. “It’s safer, scarless and the healing process is supported by a corset that acts like a cast. It’s the only way I could achieve this shape — and I’m obsessed with the results.”

Tiffany told Us Weekly she traveled to Beverly Hills, California, to receive the procedure, which aimed at achieving a narrower waistline.

The procedure was performed by plastic surgeon Dr. Chaudhry of Be That Beautiful, whom Tiffany sought out.

“I flew all the way to see him because no one else in the U.S. is trained to do what he does,” Tiffany said. “Other doctors only touch three ribs per side.”

Unlike the older rib-removing technique, the rib recontouring procedure doesn’t remove the ribs; instead it partially fractures the lower floating ribs (11 and 12, which do not attach in the front) to reposition them.

The procedure has gained significant traction recently.

“The procedure is very popular and one of the most requested procedures,” Andre Marshall, MD, MPH, said in May 2025. “In the last year, the popularity has risen immensely.”

Tiffany emphasized the advantages of modern rib recontouring over older techniques.

“This isn’t like traditional rib removal,” she explained. “It’s safer, scarless and the healing process is supported by a corset that acts like a cast.”

The technology behind the procedure relies on precision tools.

Snatched Waist uses a state-of-the-art piezoelectric ultrasonic contouring device to permanently reshape the waistline, using the same ultrasonic technology used safely in rhinoplasty procedures worldwide.

Everything is performed via a needle entry point, guided by real-time ultrasound, with no incisions, no cutting, and no stitches.

Recovery is relatively quick for patients.

Patients can walk from day zero and be fit-to-fly 48 hours after the procedure, with most returning to desk work about a week after getting back to Australia.

The results are designed to be permanent.

Results are permanent, and once ribs heal in their new position, waist shape is maintained for life with stable weight.

Many patients report high satisfaction with the procedure.

The satisfaction survey showed that patients were satisfied with the aesthetic results of both the shape of the waist and the puncture site.

The procedure has become increasingly available globally.

As seen in American Society of Plastic Surgeons reports, rib remodelling became very popular in the US last year, though the procedure first gained traction internationally and has become increasingly popular among Australians, though it is still considered highly specialised and not widely performed in many countries.

Tiffany’s enthusiasm for her results reflects broader interest in the procedure.

She expressed being “obsessed with the results” of her rib recontouring surgery.

In the viral moment capturing attention around waist contouring, reality TV personality Anna Chell, 34, became the latest face of the rib XCAR rib remodeling trend, telling outlets she paid roughly $12,000 to have her three lower ribs partially fractured and reshaped, then spent three months sleeping in a corset to heal into a smaller waistline.

A new global survey of 2,351 cases published in plastic and reconstructive surgery global open in April 2026 reported a 3.7% complication rate with hyperpigmentation, non-consolidation burns and corset related pressure ulcers as the most common issues.

The aesthetic trend reflects decades of evolving body modification goals.

Charles Galanis, MD, board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Galanis Plastic Surgery, predicts that 2026 will be “the year of the waist,” as this next generation of procedures is rib remodeling, which represents a major breakthrough in what body surgeons are able to accomplish for patients that was previously not possible.
