The Trainwreck star wore a colorful floral bikini top with cream-white ruched bottoms as she posed barefoot beside the boat’s railing.

Amy completed her relaxed vacation look with oversized pink sunglasses and wet, naturally curly hair.

Amy’s latest photographs also showcased the results of her highly publicized 50lb weight loss.

Amy’s carefree getaway comes during a period of major personal change following her separation from chef Chris Fischer.

The couple announced in December 2025 that they were ending their marriage after seven years together, with Amy officially filing for divorce the following month.

In her vacation post, she made clear her transformation was about more than appearance.

“My mom took these photos of me while I was packing for a trip,” she wrote on Instagram. “And the last photo I’m on the trip. This year is about self care and self love. No makeup. No filter. @eres and @therow let’s all appreciate our health our families our friends and have the best year of our lives. Moving forward with no regrets. Just love.”

The actress added that she was “so proud” of herself following the scuba diving experience.

The comedian’s recent vacation photos came months after she publicly addressed her dramatic transformation in December 2025.

“I didn’t lose 30lbs, I lost 50,” Amy wrote in her Dec. 2 post. “Not to look hot which does feel fun and temporary. I did it to survive.”

“I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy,” she wrote on Instagram in March 2025. “And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”

The mother-of-one has been candid about her health journey, revealing that she was diagnosed with Cushing syndrome in 2024, a hormonal disorder that had caused swelling in her face and led to concern from viewers after she appeared on television.

Schumer then talked about her struggle with Cushing syndrome and said, “I had a disease that makes your face extremely puffy that can kill you but the internet caught it, and the disease has cleared.”

The “I Feel Pretty” star has said she’s gotten liposuction, tried Ozempic and is now on Mounjaro, a Type 2 diabetes medication.

Her journey with weight-loss medications has been transparent and detailed.

Back in 2023, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and revealed that while she tried using Wegovy several years ago, the side effects were horrific, and she became devastatingly ill as a result. Schumer told Cohen the drug made her “so sick” that she couldn’t even play with her son and had to ditch the medication.

“Like, a year ago, I tried it. I was one of those people that felt so sick and couldn’t play with my son. I was so skinny, and he’s throwing a ball at me and [I couldn’t],” she shared.

By contrast, Mounjaro proved to be a better fit for her body.

In her March 2025 video, she said she’s having a “really good experience” while taking it compared to the other injectable weight loss drugs and medications that she’s tried.

She continued, “My symptoms from being in perimenopause have disappeared. My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy, I want to get down more if you know what I mean – I’m talking about sex.”

On Instagram, the comedian posted several pictures of herself wearing different swimsuits and outfits at home as she packed for a trip on Jan. 4, captioning the photos “No makeup. No filter.”

Jennifer Coolidge commented “Wow! WOW WOW!! Go Amy!!! XO,” and actress Jennifer Love Hewitt added “Yess! Have always loved you! Happiness and self love all the way!”

In the viral moment that launched her early January 2026 self-care posts, Schumer had been candid about addressing online scrutiny surrounding her appearance for years. Back in December 2025, she posted a lengthy Instagram message confronting the narratives around her weight loss, noting she had also dealt with endometriosis, perimenopause and chronic pain. She emphasized the health benefits of her transformation rather than cosmetic ones, saying her weight loss was tied to survival and treating multiple medical conditions that had plagued her for years.

“Sorry for whatever feeling it’s giving you that I lost that weight. I’ve had plastic surgery over the years and I use monjuro. Sorry to anyone that lets down. I’m pain free.”

In her December 2025 post, Schumer noted “My endometriosis is better. My back is healing. I no longer have Cushing syndrome so my face went back to normal. I am grateful to be strong and healthy, especially for my son.”

Schumer’s approach to discussing her body and health has earned widespread praise from fans and fellow celebrities who appreciate her honesty and refusal to sanitize her experience into a simple before-and-after narrative.
