Tom Sandoval, 44, filed a new declaration on Monday, August 3, in his ongoing restraining order case against his ex, Victoria Lee Robinson, 34, detailing a claim that she kicked him in the groin while he was on tour with his band Tom Sandoval and MOST Extras in October 2025.
“She kicked my groin area with her legs and yelled insults such as ‘You have a tiny f—— p—-! F— you,'” he said, per court documents.
The “Vanderpump Rules” alum submitted a new declaration Monday in his ongoing restraining order case against his ex, claiming the alleged groin-kick happened in October while he was on tour with his band “Tom Sandoval and the MOST Extras” in Florida.
Tom says after the concert ended, Victoria “kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew and fans.”
The incident allegedly began earlier that evening.
He claims Victoria had “consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus” earlier in the night.
Sandoval claimed that multiple venues raised concerns about the swimsuit model’s alleged drug use and accused her of inviting fans backstage and sharing drugs with them. His band manager and musical director reportedly shared these concerns and “expressed that they wanted to ban her from continuing on the tour.”
Robinson disputed the allegations in a statement to TMZ.
“I did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him. I had taken a shot and asked him to take care of me; he chose not to.”
“I went back to bed on the bus and asked him to keep the noise down,” she continued. “That’s what actually happened. I am trying to move on with my life, and I keep getting pulled back into this.”
Sandoval also claimed Robinson’s behavior caused him emotional distress.
Looking back on their years-long romance, Sandoval said Victoria caused him “distress and anxiety,” and left him “frazzled” and “anxious” ahead of his America’s Got Talent performance in August 2025 and told him he was “not a real man.”
The legal battle extends far beyond the October 2025 tour incident.
Tom Sandoval and his ex reportedly started dating in 2024. The relationship seemed blissful, filled with PDA and several public appearances till they split after being together for over two years last May.
In their court filings, both Sandoval and Robinson have accused each other of abuse.
In her court documents, Victoria claimed that Tom shoved her down a flight of hardwood stairs on August 30. She said she sustained “visible injuries” to her knees.
She described another altercation in May 2026, where he allegedly pushed her to the ground, elbowed her in the chest, and locked her out of her hotel room before “ransacking” her personal belongings.
On the other side, Sandoval filed his own restraining order request.
Sandoval released a statement last month after Robinson’s request at a restraining order against him was denied by the court. He claimed that the model whom he dated from January 2024 to June 2026 was the abuser in their relationship and he was a victim of physical and verbal abuse. The TV personality stated that “he lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks and unpredictable behavior.”
The couple’s disputes intensified after a June 3 incident that became public.

a video showing an altercation on June 3 between Tom, his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, surfaced.
When Tom saw that Victoria was filming him, he approached her and seemingly tried to take her phone. When her father grabbed him to pull him away, Tom allegedly pushed him into a lit fire pit.
He also alleged that Victoria punched him in the face, causing his vision to blur. In the end, Victoria was arrested for intimate partner battery with physical violence.
In a statement on July 9, Robinson said “This is my home. We are both on the lease, I paid the first month’s rent and deposit, surprised him with the keys and virtually every item in it is mine,” and “I have filed my own legal action because I have my own account of what happened. I cannot allow a false narrative to control my future.”
Sandoval acknowledged the June 3 altercation but reframed it.
“Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed him away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall,” Sandoval wrote to the court.
